Man Strips Completely Naked at an Airport Because His Flight was Overbooked
Passengers at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina witnessed an unusual scene – a man stripped completely naked because he was angry that his flight was overbooked. He managed to remain in that state for full 40 minutes before the police led him away, report the media.
According to one of the witnesses, Sherrie Ketchie, the man was at a gate for a flight leaving for Jamaica. She managed to take a photo of the man and posted it on Facebook. "I saw some people running and I was wondering what they was running from and people were standing there snickering, so I walked over and [an airport employee] told me the man was angry over the Jamaican flight," Ketchie said.
"He had his clothes on, at that point, and then he started standing there with his arms crossed and hollering at the lady at the desk," she adds to the station. "He stood there for a moment and then started taking off his clothes,” concluded Ketchie.
The troubled man was then taken for medical evaluation and police say he will not face charges. This is undoubtedly one of the most peculiar ways to protest against an airline. The airline in question, Us Airways, declined to comment on the unusual event.
